L'Oreal Glam Bronze Bronzer
I have been using this since about 2013. It's so hard to find the perfect bronzer shade for your skin, and I really hit the jackpot with this. Unfortunately it has been discontinued and I am very, very upset. So I went online and bought it in bulk. It never looks muddy, blends like a dream onto the skin and just looks generally gorgeous. Heart = Broken.
Rimmel Lasting Finish Concealer
I don't carve out my brows, but I do like to neaten them up sometimes after filling them in. This stuff is amazing for doing that as it's quite thick and when applied with a good concealer brush, it really helps to sharpen brows and clean up any mistakes. I have had this pot for probably nearly a year, and it's still nowhere near finished. Such a bargain!
Maybelline Colossal Big Shot Mascara
I have said it once and I'll say it again, Maybelline know how to make a good mascara. I would never pay a ridiculous price for a mascara when I know Maybelline's £8.99 tubes of pure, lash plumping goodness are sitting in Boots anticipating my purchase. I use the waterproof version of this because it holds a curl better, but I have a friend who also swears by the normal formula. Seriously, try it.
Benefit Galifornia Blusher
This stuff is absolutely amazing. It does look terrifyingly bright in the box, but once on it transforms your whole make up look. It's a peachy pink, and I can honestly say it's one of my all time favourite blushers. It also smells delicious and it's not super matte which I love. There's no big chunks of shimmer in it, but when it's on the skin it gives a gorgeous glow. Perfect!
Mac Teddy Kohl Pencil
Since Bourjois took it upon themselves to discontinue a pencil liner I was obsessed with, I had to hunt out a new best friend. So about a year ago I did some Google searches and came across this pencil eyeliner from Mac. It's a warmish brown tone with a slight shimmer to it, but this isn't too visible when it's applied. I just love it for my lower lashline as it smokes out really easily and adds definition to my eyes without being too harsh or as severe as a black liner. I find sometimes that pencil liners essentially disappear when you try to blend them, but this does no such thing.
Benefit Hoola Bronzing Brush
There was a time when I could not for the life of me find the perfect bronzer brush. Everything I tried was either too big, too dense, too small, too fluffy, or too soft. Then I came across the Hoola brush and I now have two, just in case. It's the perfect dome shape to get in under cheekbones for definition, and it's also fluffy but just the right density to evenly distribute bronzer. I really do love it so much, and it looks rather pretty too.
Tarte Shape Tape Concealer
There was so much hype surrounding this product when it first landed here, and of course I bought into it. However, it really deserves the praise it receives. I don't actually use it for its intended purpose, as I primarily cover blemishes with it. It does a good job at concealing and doesn't start to separate on my oily areas throughout the day. The only problem is it's quite expensive and I got mine via QVC many months ago, where it was a ridiculous price. The only consolation is it's a huge tube and it has lasted an impressive length of time.
Mac Fabby Lipstick
I have already used one full bullet of this, and now I am running low again. It is a pinky nude colour but with a slight gold sheen to it, so when it wears off there's still a shimmer on your lips. I absolutely love it and I've been asked numerous times what I'm when wearing because it looks quite unusual on. I feel like it's one of Mac's more underrated lipstick shades.
Pantene Expert Advanced Keratin Repair
This is a hair mask that you don't have to leave on for ages. Thank goodness. You only need to give it two minutes for it to transform your dry, dehydrated hair into a super silky mane. The ends of my hair can become quite dry from the constant heat styling, but this sorts it out and keeps it soft for a good couple of days. It's one of very few masks that I feel actually work for my hair and give it a deep condition without weighing it down.
Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector in Champagne Pop
This is the most gorgeous highlighter. Usually powder highlighters can sit on the skin and look quite artificial, but this almost melts, giving the most amazing glow. I wear this everyday and it's a good job I have two more waiting in the wings because this one has been very much loved.
NYX Micro Brow Pencil
I love this pencil, it's so tiny and precise making it fantastic at ensuring a sharp tail to my brows. It's also great for filling in any small gaps and just generally shaping and defining. I use the shade 'Chocolate', which is the perfect tone without being too grey and ashy. I also love that it's not as waxy as other pencils so it glides on a lot easier.
The Ordinary Glycolic Acid Toning Solution
I have been obsessed with this stuff ever since the first use. If you don't know what glycolic acid does, it basically dissolves the gunk that holds onto dead skin cells, leaving your skin glowing and fresh. It does sting slightly sometimes, so if you have sensitive skin beware, however it really helps to keep my skin clear and smooth. I ran out of this a month ago and it had sold out everywhere, so I had to keep my beady eyes peeled for it to be restocked. Then I bought three, just in case!
I tried to keep this short, but clearly there are a lot of products I cannot live without. If you have any favourites please feel free to share, as I am always open to extending my holy grail list!
