Recent Affordable Favourites!

I love finding products that you instantly love and know you'll repurchase when they're done. I have picked out some of my most recent favourites, and would love for you to share yours in the comments below!

Hask Argan Oil Repairing Conditioner

I don't have particularly dry hair but the ends do need some TLC now and again. I love this stuff because you only need to leave it on your hair for between three and five minutes for it to do its job, and it leaves hair silky soft and detangled. It also smells delicious, kind of chocolatey orange. I got this bottle from Superdrug, but I've also seen it stocked in Primark.

Batiste XXL Volume Spray

I received this in a Glossybox and personally I love anything that promises extra volume. This is like a dry shampoo, but when you spray and massage it in it adds a lot of volume to flat hair. I do find I need to wash my hair the day after because it does feel a bit stiff, but this would be great for a night out when you just want voluminous hair for the evening.

KIKO Mini Divas Collection & Fall 2.0 Eyeliner

These mini products from KIKO are tiny, but great quality. I got an eyehadow in the shade 02 which is a bronzey copper colour. The blusher I got is also shade 02 and is one of my favourite blusher colours, a peachy coral. They recently launched their Fall 2.0 collection and I picked up one of their liquid eyeliners in the shade Burgundy Lovers. I like using it on my top lash line when I've no eyeshadow on, as it gives a nice simple pop of colour.

Maybelline Big Shot Colossal Big Shot Mascara & Master Ink Liquid Liner

I have been so impressed by this mascara that I am going to continue to repurchase it. I am on my second tube and it's amazing at keeping the curl in my lashes after my eyelash curler, and it doesn't go clumpy when you build it up. I usually don't like recommending mascaras as they work differently on everyone, but I really think this would look great on anyone. I only recently started using liquid liner, as I would normally use a gel or pencil. I like the Master Ink liner because the tip is so fine so it doesn't make a mess and is really precise. It also stays black instead of going a grey tone like I found the Maybelline gel liner does on me.

Too Faced Melted Latex & Melted Matte

Too Faced are my favourite make up brand, and they recently released the Melted Latex range. I got the shade Hopeless Romantic, which is of course a nude. It's so pigmented and thick for a gloss, and stays on a lot longer than any other glossy product I have tried. It's basically a gloss with the pigment and staying power of a liquid lipstick. I also love the Melted Matte lipstick in the shade Child Star. It's also a nude (surprise suprise!) and isn't overdrying. It looks best when you apply a single coat, as building up layers can make it start to look crusty. It stays put though and looks great with a slightly darker lip liner.

Benefit Airbrush Concealer

I am already a fan of the original Boi-ing concealer, but this whipped mousse version is also a favourite of mine. It's not as high coverage as the original, but it makes skin look smooth and can be used under or over make up. I use it around my nose and find it blends out on the skin perfectly.

Aveeno Daily Moisturising Body Yogurt

I regularly fake tan so my skin can become quite dehydrated. I did become quite lazy with moisturising my body because I don't like the stickiness or feeling all clammy. This Aveeno Body Yogurt smells deeeelish (I got the apricot & honey scent), and it sinks in quickly without leaving you feeling like you need to shower. It's also oil free so it doesn't break down tan and won't interfere with the development of any tan I apply afterwards. It's paraben free too which always gets a thumbs up from me!
